Hi Frank,
I am glad to see an investor putting in his due diligence into a company. I am not exactly sure if I could answer your question regarding the trermination agreements. However, here is the Investor relations number, 1-800-665-3390, ask for Mitch Adam. He should be able to help you. I spoke to him a week ago and he seemed excited about the upcoming VLF airborne results coming out of Indonesia wih their joint venture partner Corsair Resources.
As for your entry point question, I beleive that .15 cents was the base back in December and early January. However, as the days progress to the Spring season the base will continually rise. Therefore, I think .18 cents seems to be a safe bet until the news relaese concerning the JV in the North West Territories comes out. After that the stock should trade in the .30's.
Keep in mind this is just one investors opinion and I'm sure you will continue your due diligence and come up with many of your own assements.
Good Luck,
Roger
