Hi Jim! Great idea! I don't think you have to be a MYNG long to need to be 'Making Money Elsewhere'. Heck..half of my portfolio is in the 'ol Dog Days of Summer hold mode! Well, the thread is only 20 minutes old, and I'm already on here breaking the parameters. I know you want stocks that had previously announced that news was coming and some new product was coming out. Well, I bought one today that is rumored to have news out soon, and it's not a product, but the acquistion of a new company. The stock is CNDO and I noticed that Due Diligence, GA Bard, and Copia are on the train. I called the company today and got the float large - around 37 million, but it is now @ .135 and that is pretty much near the bottom. It has been between .21-.26 within the last few days with a 52 week low of .08 and a high of 1.75. If the rumored news come out, this could be a way to be "Making Money Elsewhere!!'. I've also included a link from someone posting me today that gives some other comments. I hope this turns out to be a positive 'first' contribution to your thread! Congrats, and good luck!
