The conference will address the evolution of 3G from a global perspective and cover developments on standardization progress and activities. Representatives from the software, broadcast, IT and computing, and content provision communities will also be there to discuss UMTS opportunities. There will be a focus on services and applications along with detailed coverage of the latest developments in terminals, air interface, core network, and system and services architecture.
Ericsson will be a lead sponsor at the conference, including for the gala dinner. Ericsson's small exhibition will highlight 3G applications and terminals, and include GPRS/EDGE and WCDMA live demonstrations.
