IMO, the action of the shorts is normal for a stock which had the runup of IPMCF two weeks ago, just as the quick in and out of the momentum players is normal.

However, the publishing of inaccurate information by a major news source is a different matter and should be objected to, independent of whether it had any effect on stock prices. Even worse, are the inaccurate or inappropriate statements by state employees concerning companies doing business in their state.
