John et al: Just received my proxy. If anyone on the thread can tell me why I should vote to retain Directors who allow, and may even encourage option repricing, I would be appreciative. If anyone can tell me why I should approve increasing the number of shares available for options to non-employee Directors and Company employees, I would also be appreciative. Arnie
