I was wondering the same thing. What's really weird is the extent that DLJ is going to notify us. Both I and my business partner received e mails, yesterday DLJ called him to ask him if he wanted to sell, and today I got a call from DLJ (the first time in 3 years that I ever received a phone call from them). I even asked whoever it was from DLJ why that organization is willing to spend more for the stock than they could buy it for on the market. The "professional" answer was , "that's a good question, I really don't know," So much for an informed brokerage....
