CrossKeys records biggest sale to date of CrossKeys Resolve software
KANATA, ONTARIO--Major US Service Provider deploying CrossKeys software as part of multi-year, multi-million dollar agreement
CrossKeys Systems Corporation (NASDAQ: CKEY - news; TSE: CKY - news), a leading supplier of software for telecommunication service providers, today announced that through its channel, Newbridge Networks, CrossKeys has realized its largest sale to date of CrossKeys software, including CrossKeys Resolve(r) software and associated support. The sale is worth more than US $5 million over five years.
CrossKeys is providing the software, including CrossKeys Resolve Ni, necessary for this significant customer to manage the operations of its growing networks. CrossKeys Resolve Ni software recognizes that the key to a service provider's success is effective management and control of the network. Managing network performance is a core requirement for ensuring quality of service (QoS).

Through a concise summary of thresholds and performance metrics, CrossKeys Resolve Ni software monitors a network's key performance indicators. These indicators provide a composite view of how a network is performing and enable comparisons with historical data. From this, network operators and planners have an early indication of problems that may affect performance. Once performance issues are detected, CrossKeys Resolve Ni employs a series of progressively more detailed reports to enable a service provider to isolate the cause of the problem quickly. Quick resolution means less network downtime, better service to customers and higher revenues.
