Welcome William to the forum!

By the way, that AMTD split if for 3:2 and not 3:1! That really caught
my eyes. Anyway, here is my two-cents for what it's worth.

AMTD With a 35.78% growth rate and a skyhigh P/E of 217 vs.
17.8 P/E for the industry group, I would say AMTD is very, very rich
and over priced.

NASDAQ: (AMTD : $80 5/16) $4,664 million Market Cap at June 3, 1999
Employs 390. Trades at a Premium PE Multiple of 217.1 X, vs. the 17.8
X average multiple at which the Brokerage SubIndustry is priced.

AMTD Technical Indicators - Not Good!

For starters, stocastics just turned negative. OBV is on a downward
bias. RSI is low and moving sideways. AMTD price just broke below the
50-day moving average and heading towards the 200-day M.A. at around
$60.00. Finally, the upper and lower BBs are starting to show signs of
divergence with an enlongated downward pointing bottom BB.

Reminds me of the movie Titantic when the ship's bow raised up out of
the water before it snapped off abd plunged into the sea. Well, AMTD
may float around the current price range until that 3-2 split hits.
It will take one heck of good news or earnings upward movements in
price with that increased float. The current TRO is about 22 days and
that should increase to about 29 days with the additional shares.

You are protected down to $68 before it starts eating into your pocket
and you must take action. Just sit tight and watch your CCer squirm.
