Fred, It's more like a one sided massacre of unarmed civilians. Yeah, I actually felt sorry for the Ascend guy when I read of his company's plight. But it went away... <g> They are really screwed; both ASND and the K56FLEX "standard". ASND and others are going to lose WAN server customers becuase of X2 (and we know where they're gonna go). If USRX came out with an industrial grade version of Total Control (a unit with several hundred ports each instead of 48) to compete with the TNT, I think they'd crush ASND. Given ASNDs valuation right now, it would be a nice shorting op. Eric
