I agree, really like the biz model. Speaking from personal experience I would strongly consider buying their upgrade to toll-free. Their e-mail campaigns give tips on neat uses for e-faxes, another good idea.

Only issue is low barriers to entry and competition from jfax, still, they have a good lead and the Xoom deal should help extend that.
