The truth is that they can't tell us when the site will be up because it is against SEC regulations. DMEC has to inform everyone at once with a news release(it's SEC law)you can't have selective disclosure of material facts that can or will effect the outcome of the company.
Believe me, I KNOW ; )
They are still handling the company in a very professional manner and I am impressed with their businesses practices.

Now...the 14 mil short position....truth or fiction......better hold the AG group responsible....not anyone here.
I being a long have been through this before. THERE HAS TO BE SOME SHORTS OUT THERE because I along with the other longs have watched the trading closley for the last six months. IF the 14 mil is accurate the fact that they have to cover is not the only bonus point, the other one is that they will want shares for trading later. So really...they need somewhere between 10 and 20 million shares. I think......

Also, even if there is dilution or the selling of shares by the company into the market it will only bring more working capital with which I am very confident will be put towards good use by Mr. Lu for the expansion of the company. I have full confidence in him. Remember , AOL signed a deal with AGRS and they don't even have a web site yet and won't for two months AND they will only have 40,000 gift items AND they are not fully reporting. That's how HOT this sector is right now. AOL wanted to secure a reputable e-tailer months in advance of having a usable site. If AOL had been smart they would have signed with the likes of DMEC. DMEC will be up and ready to go in no time. They have a vast amount of experience in distribution. They reach 30,000 stores now for $**ts sake. What does AGRS reach.

Great valuations are possible with DMEC because the race is on for the larger WWW sites to have good e-tailers with lots of selection. Goooooo..DMEC!!!
