Jenne,
The "rate resolution" will follow two paths:
1 - a cut, in which the market will sell off on inflation fears.
2 - no cut, in which the market will sell off for fear that the Fed is not reacting.

Either way, it will be time to buy.

Just like when AG speaks, he always spooks the market immediately, even though most don't understand what he is saying anyway.
