The press release should be coming out soon. The terms are very advantageous for Apollo - there shouldn't be any reason for them to pull out of the deal. I might short RRRR if it spikes a lot on the news. It will probably be an intra-day/1-day short position. I think I will give RRRR couple of quarters to prove themselves. IMO an investment in RRRR is better than CUST. I am not long RRRR as I am not buying any stocks in the current bearish environment in the internuts. IMO Sand Brothers is not a significant player and will probably not influence the price. Regards. Rajiv
