As I said, consider this thing over. It was very very smart on Microsoft's part to focus on Netscape/AOL/SUN deal. Pretty soon it will be common realization that the case is over. Just look at INTC, CSCO and see how the FTC settled or backed away. Here DOJ will settle or loose.
