What barrier is keeping people from signing up for online bill pay. FWIW:My bank will have me as an online banking customer the day they say they will pay me for each paper check that I don't write, so they do not have to incur the additional cost of processing it. That may occur someday when they change their mindset to using the technology as a means of cost saving rather than looking at it as a source of additional revenue. Responses welcomed, JCC
