It beats the heck out of me..... The infrastructure improvements, practically one a day, bode well for AT&T's future.... I too truly do not understand why investors are shying away..... The only things I can think of is that 't' is considered a tech now and thus not in favor or investors are finding it hard to value the company given all their recent aquisitions and deals.....
