Exactly. And Intel's management should put all their effort to
achive these rather than worrying stock market movement (unless
there is a need to raise cash from the market). Stock market
is irrational (short term) witness what happened during the
past year like USRX, NSCP, MU and the like.

The value of the stock is measured by the above criteria you
mentioned, not the market price. So whenever someone
see a short term drop in price and use that to justify their
claim that Intel is not a good stock, my response would be
'the market might agree on what they claim, but not Intel's
financial statements'.
