Yes, I agree NETP is a strong buy at this level. EOM
The sell off by those weak hands only provide a better buying opportunity. Hold 700 shares at average price of 21 1/2. I do my DD and never have any regret so far. NETP continuously beat analysts' estimates and will keep doing so. Quality stocks will go back eventually.

Following is from Multex.com:
NET PERCEPTIONS (NETP) reported a loss for 1Q99 of $0.19 per share, beating analysts estimates of a loss of $0.24 per share, leading USbancorp Piper Jaffray to reiterate its STRONG BUY on the company's stock. The brokerage said the stronger than expected revenue was driven by a greater number of new customers and substantial increases in average transaction size, as well as increased services revenue. For FY99, the brokerage forecasts NET PERCEPTIONS will post a loss of $0.65 per share, and a loss of $0.38 per share for FY00. For 2Q99, the brokerage forecasts a loss of $0.18 per share, and a loss of $0.15 per share for 3Q99. USbancorp Piper Jaffray recommends the company's stock as a core holding in the Internet infrastructure.
