Francois, as always I can count on you for a detailed, logical, intelligent & persuasive response (which has saved me a lot of time and effort to referee). One interesting question lingers on: what did ZSUN pay for the acquisition of OIA ? This is not an unreasonable question to be asked. Once this issue is cleared up, it seems as if the 'bashing' will come to an end. There's no reason why the company shouldn't disclose this information....all the best, sw
