The shares will not be registered until Oct. Someone correct me if I'm wrong here. Feel free to add.

From what he said, the shares are registered, as the SEC has deemed their registration to be in effect.

What was not clear was whether or not these shares are restricted.

My recollection is that he did not specify/directly say. Can anyone clear that up if I missed that?
