A few things:
Listed stocks deal with ticks. You need an uptick which is based on the listed exchange, not third markets. NYSE stocks must print on upticks from NYSE prints..
Thus prints are based on nyse prints, not third market prints.
NASD is based on bids..must sell on upbid or 1/16 or better than downbid.
market order is irrelevant, you need the necessary ticks.
the best thing to do is look at a times and sales screen. ifyou hafe this available, post it up here and i will walk everyone through it.
