No, but I have used them in the past. I know that the keyboard feel is very important to some folks, but I've used so many different ones that it doesn't bother me. I bought the Dell because I know they make a quality machine and I got more for my money. But, your point is a good one, I wish that Dell had outlets so we could get some hands on. My daughter is ready to buy a new machine and she is afraid to buy one without 'trying' it first. <<<Richard tell me How did you try the DELL PC before you bought it ????
