Alan: Don't get me wrong. I don't like to see misinformation spread regardless of the source, whether it is a state agency which has absolutely no business making such comments, or whether it is a news organization which should know better. IMO, the only state agency that should be making such comments should be the attorney general's office, and that is only if they have sufficient facts to say it.

My concern is with the stock price. While I wouldn't mind seeing a slow rise culminating with a skyrocket after the BD announcement, a skyrocket prior to the announcment makes me think about selling. I'm afraid I will sell too soon if it goes up too fast before the announcement.
