Ian; Low K organic is spin on, not CVD, right? Or am I all mixed up here? Thus no new CVD tool, just a new strip tool. ..I know your INTC guess is thin, just hoping also. Frankly, I have not heard this through the grapevine & think it would have slipped out by now if it was them. If I look at the names you have provided and exclude INTC, TI because it's not an organic; - I think they do have a relationship with IBM & IBM is in front in copper. MTSN tied Low K together with copper in the announcement. - MOT from the 300mm pilot line JV has used and qualified the Aspen III strip. It's either one of these I think. I think it's IBM.
