The fact that Judge says that the documents introduced related to the AOL/Merger are interesting seals it. Why? It sends a message that getting a win from Jackson is not automatic. Maybe it is another sign the DOJ/States that they should strike a reasonable deal now rather than come away with nothing for their troubles!! I believe that his comments combined with the concessions from the Fisher, the DOJ's economic witness, regarding when MSFT got the monopoly (Aug 95) are a huge win for the MSFT position. Add the new figures regarding downloading etc. and this case is history.
By history i mean, a settlement is close and getting closer. This is the time to be in MSFT stock, IMHO.
