of shares OIA will receive will depend on how well it performs over, say the first year after the acquisition. I know it is a common method of ensuring that one doesn't buy a "pig in a poke" when dealing with small Companies. The initial price is usually fairly low and if the acquired Company meets certain earnings goals, then it gets "rewarded" with additional shares, which is fair to both parties. This is why the final numbers are unlikely to be known for a while.

I am told that ZSUN is in the process of filing its 10SB Form to become fully reporting, now that its audit has been completed. I believe when that filing becomes final, we'll learn the full details of the acquisition. In the meantime, I am quite willing to put the question to the management, as they have proved to be fairly approachable, although somewhat tight lipped about business details, since they're not yet fully reporting.
