Your theory throws market efficiency back to the dark ages Rich. Research is essential, no question, as is logic and common sense. Sometimes Rich if you spend too much time on the former to the exclusion of the latter, you can't see the forest for the trees.

Don't misunderstand, no one should take pleasure in another person's errors. I do not do so. All of the data points concerning this company simply do not add up to view you hold.
