Steven There is mention ON THE BOX of the ability to run WaveTop programs. It does not tell you however the other things you need to run it (IE4.01 or 5.0, Macromedia Shockwave and MS media player). So I first installed all the latest versions (2 hours later) and the WaveTop just this instant said "download complete". We'll see if it can find and read a local PBS station. There are two around here. I'll let you know. I'm not sure how much energy I've got left for tonight.
