TO ALL: Please answer ! Why is ONPT -not- filing on Edgard ????? The latest News on ONPT filed on Edgard is VERY old: from 16-FEB-1996 ! This is what I FOUND. I might be wrong. Even this one was still filed under the OLD name "Lottery Enterprizes". IS IT "LEGAL" not to file Quarter End Results of NASDAQ Listed companies on EDGAR ? I understand, that this is a violation -> PLEASE, correct me ! We seem to missing here at least 2 of the latest 10Q filing ? Where are they ? Do I not find them - or are they simply NOT there ?
