This is a great thread! How 'bout this one? A conductor is walking down the moving train. He is taking tickets and punching them from all the passengers. When he gets to a certain woman, he reaches down and takes her ticket. Suddenly he drops the ticket, pulls out a gun, and fatally shoots the woman. The man was not charged with her murder.
