jman: I do not believe MSFT is currently a threat. They do not have a product that TV-centric. They are trying to make the PC experience better with TV. ACTV is making TV better with PC abilities. This is a critical difference. Everyone has a TV and everyone can operate one. Who do you think has the advantage? Of course, MSFT spends more on R&D per year than ACTV's market-cap times ten so you can rule them out entirely. But they are not known for being innovators. They are enhancers. MSFT is more inclined to buy a technology like ACTV and then refine it. One man's opinion, please give me your feedback. Scott Heiman
