1. perception of minimal 'support' for the stock's price.
2. concern that Friday's employment numbers---if too high---will give the Fed. more reason to raise interest rates, perhaps even before next FOMC meeting.
3. concern that NSOL's quasi-monopoly status won't continue much longer.
