Rob, I was basically using the numbers from the DOE/EIA Mid-term forecast for 1999 2Q.

They give a slight supply shortfall of .1 MMBD for this qtr with OPEC projections of 28.9 and of course, the actuals are much lower. I thought these were strictly crude and excluded NGL. Either way, big shortfall.
You are right that the shortfall widens during the 2nd half on this year and that is with OPEC projected for 29.1 and 29.5 during the 2nd half. If OPEC stays at its current numbers and demand is firm, you could see a 5 MMBD drain during the 4th qtr. Gonna be interesting
