Rally the bond traders and crash the bears to the boards for a monster short squeeze! Cramer's looking for a 1/4% Fed hike. He believes that the market will rally off this because the hike is already priced in and the hike will show that the Fed is "on the ball." A strong number without a hike and we have a sell-off. A weak number and the market moves sideways, worried about the next report and the next Fed meeting.
