The gist of your question is "do you believe". I have been following this stock for going on 2 years. The company originally stated a 5 million float with 7 million outstanding. Always stating through direct e-mails that there would be no shares added. A year later they now have 17 million shares out. The long awaited form 10 came and one time believers like me now have to question everything the company says. The SEC filing is so poorly written that it lacks credibility. The stock trades like there are more shares out. From the beginning insiders have been saying that the stock is being shorted and that is why the stock doesn't go up. To me it trades like a stock that is in a spiraling death. Now they are trying to cash in on the internet craze. Hey, how about filing a decent Form 10. Start filing some quarterly reports and get listed on the Nasdaq. The latest internet hype didn't help the stock much at all. I guess the internet investors aren't so dumb after all. Check out the Stock Detective before investing in this stock. Go through to the beginning of this thread and you'll see folks who swore this company would be trading at 10 today. Here we sit at 2. Something just isn't right. I all ready have a bet with someone on this board that there are more shares out there. I stand by it.
