I think you're very confused since you are placing a reserve asset into the same class as a bank capital asset. The fractionally created borrowing component of money supply is private sector created through borrowing. The creation of currency is a Treasury/Federal Reserve action whereas the creation of borrowed buying power is a private bank action. Thus, to claim that currency is borrowed abuses the meaning of borrowing. An asset like a bond isn't a loan. It may have characteristics like a loan, but it is something different. The note is a bond, not a loan. If you don't know the difference between the two I suggest you go learn it because it is the cutting edge of comprehension of how the system works. The categorical mistake here could be extended to claim gold is a borrowing since gold is another reserve asset like currency. Why am I talking to a fool?
