Larry, IPM got a raw deal, but there is a saying "you can't fight city hall". No number of letters or even AZ Governor's action will correct the damage. It happened and now the issue is how to move forward. I have maintained as you have that the root of the problem was a stock price driven through momentum playing that went higher than the DD justifies at this time. The stock was already anticipating the DB report and had the some of that price built in. That's a prefect setup to cause a selloff, BOM or not. If it wasn't for BOM there would have been another reason. There is always a Mr. Champion out there. In hindsight the company and shareholders should have damaged controlled the price before it got too high. The company saying that they didn't know what was driving the price was not enough. In any eventuality, those that bought high won't be disappointed IMO.
