I would like to point out one thing.
Pharmos is about to become a + cash flow biotech. This was said by management for the past year.
Target is end of Q4 this year. I will give then an extra Q.
So yes companies raise money in the market in order to grow.
That is what the capital market is all about.
You raise money by issuing shares.
Bonds. etc.
If you are looking at a mature company and they suddenly need money, then you ask what is going on.
Here the company entered a new phase that of generating cash, this is since the launch of Alrex and Lotemax.
Even Microsoft was not a billions revenue when it started.

Pharmos got
1. Product on market
2. products just about ready to go to market
3. expanding markets.
4. Blockbuster ready to enter phase 3.
5. Blockbuster ready to enter phase 1.
6. blockbuster in preclinical.
