May 14, 1994 - Charlie Trie and wife contributes a total of $80,000 to the DNC.

May 25 1994 - Charlie Trie's wife Wang Mei contributes $20,000 to DNC.

June 22, 1994 - Charlie Trie attends a Presidential Gala in Washington after giving DNC $100,000.

June 25, 1994 - James Riady and John Hung meet with Clinton after a radio address.

June 23, 1994 - Web Hubbell is paid $100,000 by the Lippo group

July 13 1994 - Clinton signs a waver that " will implement the U.S. decision made in November 1993 that Commerce- controlled satellites are not covered by the missile sanctions law and can therefore be processed for export to China."

Aug 1 1994 - Charlie Trie contributes $20,000 to DNC. Next day he contributes $20,000 to Clinton Birthday fund raiser.

Aug 27 to Sept 3 1994 - Restaurateur Charlie Trie travels to Beijing with Ron Brown to attend high-level trade meetings, along with members from Tandem, Compaq, digital, Unisys, AT&T and Cray Super Computers as well as Bernard Schwartz from Loral. Ron Brown praises Loral. Shortly after, Loral secured a $250 million contract.

Dec. 16 1994 - Energy Secretary Hazel R. O'Leary signed an agreement between the United States and Russia for the "Exchange of Technical Information in the Field of Nuclear Warhead Safety and Security.

Dec. 20 1994 - Johnny Chung visits White House and donates $40,000 to the DNC.

Dec. 24 1994 - Bernard Schwartz requested that the Clinton Administration set up a meeting between himself and Shen Rong-Jun, vice minister of COSTIND. Schwartz cuts a deal with COSTIND involving "the use of computer-generated secret codes to control satellites in space," thereby transferring key encryption technologies to China.

Jan 26 1995 - Hazel O'Leary participates in a Department of Energy Trade Mission to China. She returns with 35 deals with a stated worth of $6,529.7 million.

March 1995 - The U.S. Commerce Department allowed Loral competitor, Martin Marietta, to perform coupled load analysis on kick motors for the Chinese Long March satellite rocket. Kick motors are designed to place satellites into their final orbit. The Chinese kick motor had a previous history of failure, resulting in the defective launch of a Pakistani satellite.

May 1995 - Ira Sockowitz transferred from Commerce to SBA, taking with him 2800 pages of classified documents, including satellite encryption. CIA launched investigation.

June 1995 - China: Parts for the M-11 missile to Pakistan. Violations: MTCR, AECA, EAR -no sanctions.

June 6th 1995 - CSPP had a secret meeting in the White House on supercomputer and encryption export policy. After this meeting, Silicon Graphics sold 5 supercomputers to Russian Ministry of Atomics.

Sept 1995 - Clinton met with Long Beach, Calif. officials in support of leasing an old Navy base to Beijing-controlled China Ocean Shipping Co.

Sept 22, 1995 - In a memorandum, Secretary of State Warren Christopher rejected plans to give Commerce the sole power to approve satellite exports after an interagency study warned that "significant" military and intelligence capabilities could be lost in the licensing authority switch.

Oct. 1995 - Ron Brown allegedly "sold" tax-paid sets to big DNC donors like Loral. All told, Brown's junkets raised an estimated $17 million for Democrats.

Oct. 9 1995 - Secretary of State Warren Christopher ended a lengthy debate within the Clinton administration by initialing a classified order preserving the State Department's sharp limits on China's ability to launch American made satellites aboard Chinese rockets.

Dec. 1995 - Secretary of Energy was made aware of the improper release during declassification of sensitive data.

Interesting fact: Bill Clinton has over 40 coffee meetings at the White House raising money for himself and DNC.

January 1996 - Energy Secretary Hazel O'Leary comes under investigation for trading access for contributions to charitable groups she favored. The money ($25,000) was originally from Chinese sources and given to her by DNC money man Johnny Chung. Reno refused to appoint an IC.

John Huang (Since positively identified as a Communist Chinese spy by the FBI) leaves Clinton's Commerce department to join the (DNC) Democratic National Committee as a senior fundraiser.

Jan 4 1996 - General Accounting Office audit of Energy Department foreign trade missions by Secretary Hazel R. O'Leary uncovers lax accounting procedures. Charges stated:
$80,000 in unaccounted expenses for a single July 1994 trip to India.
Documentation problems for $175,000 good and services in a 1995 trade mission to S. Africa.
Questions raised on $1,730,000 in tax payer money to travel to both Africa and India.

Feb 6 1996 - Clinton signed waivers for four new American satellite launches in China despite evidence that China was still exporting nuclear and missile technology to Pakistan and Iran.

Feb. 14 1996 - Chinese rocket with Lorel satellite blows up. The satellite is found intact, but Encryption device is found missing!

Mar 14 1996 - Clinton reversed Christopher's decision, overruling both the State Department and the Pentagon - which wanted to keep sharp limits on China's ability to launch American made satellites using Chinese rockets, and turned oversight of granting permissions for such launches to Commerce, which was in favor of permitting them.

Mar 15 1996 - Custom Agents bust a huge Chinese guns smuggling operation aboard a COSCO ship. Guns were to go to street gangs.

Mar 16 1996 - China's Nuclear Arsenal Yang Zheng National University of Singapore - This document reveals that China at present has a total of 2,350 nuclear warheads.

Mar 19 1996 - OIC subpoenas widened to include Ron Brown ties to illegal fund raising activities involving the DNC.

Mar 25 1996 - More than half of the $15 billion in exports to China consisted of computers. China had been denied access to high-performance computers until President Clinton loosened computer controls in 1996, after strenuous lobbying by his political supporters in Silicon Valley.

Mar 27 1996 - The Energy Department receives a report from a Chinese spy that China has stolen information about the neutron bomb from American nuclear weapons laboratories.

Apl 3 1996 - Ron Brown killed in a plane crash.

Apl 11 1996 - Stephen Bryen, security adviser in a Loral Meeting (about providing assistance to China on failed launch): " I said, No , you cannot do that , ' That is a transfer of technical data." But 11 days later, they went ahead.

Apl 13 1996 - Energy Department officials tell Sandy Berger, then deputy director of the National Security Council, of reports that China stole warhead designs and information about the neutron bomb. According to the officials, the April 1996 briefing of Berger included evidence of the theft of the W-88 design, the need to increase security at the weapons laboratories and the report about the loss of neutron bomb data. "It was a pretty specific briefing," one American official who was present said.

Apl 29 1996 - Al Gore attends ILLEGAL DNC fundraiser at Hsi Lai Buddhist monastery in CA raising $140,000.

May 6 1996 - Loral Senior Vice President Dr. Wah L. Lim's deputy, Nick Yen, faxed a report on the technical advice and direction necessary to correct the "deficiencies" of the Chinese rocket, to China Great Wall Industry in Peking despite the U.S. export control restrictions against the transfer of this type of technological assistance.

May 22 1996 - After renewing Chinas MFN trading status, he goes on record as opposing a missile defense system to protect American cities.

Aug 2 1996 - Ira Sockowitz, a former Commerce employee walked in, put 136 classified files (2,800 pages) about encryption and satellites in a box, and walked out the door. The CIA tried to seize Sockowitz' files as soon as they learned what had happened.

Sept 4 1996 - Former Defense Secretary Caspar W. Weinberger that responsibility for nuclear weapons research, development, testing, production, dismantlement and cleanup from the Department of Energy to the Department of Defense because of his "very considerable concern" over the "unilateral and wholesale classifying of vital nuclear information by the current secretary, Hazel O'Leary.

Jan 14 1997 - Madeline Albright becomes Sec. of State.

Jan 24 1997 - The White House releases documents showing that both Bill Clinton and Al Gore were at the very heart of a massive fund-raising scheme which raked in nearly $100 million in soft money donations. Also Al Gore changes his story for the FIFTH time about the fund-raiser at the California Buddhist monastery saying, "I did not know that it was a fund-raiser."

Feb 3 1997 - The Democratic Party Under Scrutiny For Foreign Infiltration.

Mar 14 1997 - Clinton Administration granted Wang Jun's Poly Technologies importation permits to flood America with over 100,000 semi-automatic weapons and millions of rounds of ammunition.

Apl 2 1997 - The FBI issued a classified report on the labs that recommended, among other things, reinstating background checks on visitors to Los Alamos, officials said. The Energy Department and the labs ignored the FBI recommendation for 17 months. An Energy Department spokeswoman was unable to explain the delay.

Apl 11 1997 - The Washington Times reports Al Gore, who claims he did not know an April 1996 visit with Democrat Party donors at the Hsi Lai Buddhist Monastery was a fund-raising event, had been notified more than three months earlier that the event was set to raise $200,000 for the Democrat Party. The latest revelation stems from more than 30 documents turned over to Congress by former Deputy Chief of Staff Harold Ickes, showing the expected take from the fund-raiser was increased to $350,000 after it was held.

Apl 14 1997 - Attorney General Janet Reno once again spurned requests for a special prosecutor, turning aside Republican demands for an independent probe into Democratic campaign fund-raising excesses during the 1996 presidential campaign.

June 111997 - Sen. Fred Thompson complained that the Democratic Party had willfully obstructed his probe. Also Senate Democrats block a motion to grant immunity to 19 witnesses, including monks at the Hsi Lai Buddhist temple, site of a controversial fund-raiser attended by Vice President Gore.

June 23 1997 - COSCO Caught Shipping 87 pounds of Heroin.

June 27 1997 - Clinton raises $500,000 illegally by telephoning donors from the White House. Clinton maintains that he "can't remember" despite evidence that he placed 15 to 20 calls.

July 22 1997 - Justice Department refuses to grant immunity to four Buddhist nuns who contributed to a 1996 illegal fund-raiser held at a Buddhist Temple and attended by Al Gore

July 23 1997 - The Senate Governmental Affairs Committee votes to give immunity to four nuns from the Buddhist Temple.

Aug 5 1997 - President Clinton says he is "sick at heart" that the Democratic National Committee may have accepted overseas funds, and renews his call for a ban on soft money.

Aug 27 1997 - USA Today reports Gore illegally raised $695,000 in hard money by making 56 fund raising calls from the White House.

Oct 3 1997 - Reno, in a letter to Henry Hyde states that "the evidence against Clinton did not call for any action under IOC statue.

Oct 5 1997 - White House releases videotapes of coffees after denying to DOJ that they existed.

Oct 29 1997 - President Bill Clinton and Chinese President Jiang Zem in today announced a pact giving China access to U.S. nuclear power plant technology. After 2 1/2 hours of talks with the Chinese leader, Clinton told a news conference he intends to certify China as not exporting nuclear technology for weapons development by other countries, a move that also clears the way for U.S. companies to sell nuclear power technology to the Chinese.

Nov 1997 - Clinton signs a top-secret Presidential Decision Directive (PDD-60) directing U.S. military commanders to abandon the time-honored nuclear deterrence of "launch on warning".

Dec. 1997 - The Clinton Administration approved the export of US built supercomputers to China without authorization by the Chinese to allow the on-site inspections which are required by law.

Dec. 2 1997 - Reno rejects appointing IC's to investigate Hazel O'Leary and Clinton and Gore illegal fund raising.

Feb 1998 - Pentagon workers said that memos and draft documents arguing against Clinton's approval of the satellite exports were suppressed by the security administration's director, and in some cases erased, to minimize the record of executive branch opposition.

Mar 16 1998 - China and Loral signed a multiple launch agreement.

April 1998 - Top secret CIA report finds 13 Chinese CSS-4 missiles (range of 8000 miles) are targeted at US cities.

Apl 29 1998 - DOJ refuses to release documents sought by congressional committees because "it would compromise an ongoing criminal investigation".

May 11-13 1998 - India detonated 5 underground nuclear tests.

May 13 1998 - U.S. Senate, Democrats filibustered the "American Missile Protection Act of 1998"

May 28-30 1998 -Pakistan conducted a series of underground nuclear tests.

June 3 1998 - Clinton announced he will seek to renew China's MFN status.

June 4 1998 - At the last minute request of Janet Reno, CIA Director George J. Tenet refused to discuss with a Senate Intelligence Committee, a secret report about unauthorized U.S. transfer of information to China. Reno reversed her position after objections were made.

June 27,1998 - Thirteen of China's 18 missiles are targeted at the US.

Sept. 1998 - Clinton made another unexpected visit to Los Alamos.

Nov. 1998 - A classified report by US Counterintelligence is given to top Clinton administration officials (Richardson, Cohen, Reno, Berger, defense and intelligence agencies) outlining lax security and serious intelligence breaches at labs involving more than a dozen countries.

Dec. 1998 - In a December memo to Clinton, Richardson certified that the "nuclear stockpile has no safety or reliability concerns that require underground testing at this time."

1999 - A select congressional committee sent Clinton additional warnings about the security of the weapons laboratories in a separate report that was also secretly delivered in January of this year.

Feb. 1999 - In February, Lee took a second polygraph. This time, officials said, he was asked about his computer use and some of his answers were seen as deceptive. Two days later, apparently aware that investigators were now suspicious about his computer use, Lee deleted between 1,000 and 2,000 files, officials said.

Feb 24 1999 - Secretary of State Albright testified to Senate Armed Services Committee that the "ABM Treaty is still the cornerstone of our strategic relationship with Russia." The terms of that 27-year-old treaty with the now-defunct Soviet Union prohibits the U.S. from building a national missile defense.

March 1999 - FBI examined Lee's office computer in connection with their investigation of the earlier theft at Los Alamos. They found that mostly during 1994 and 1995 millions of lines of computer code that approximate how this country's atomic warheads work -- were downloaded from a computer system at the Los Alamos.

Mar. 6 1999 - Wen Ho Lee is fired by the DOE.

Mar. 18 1999 - President Clinton ordered an analysis of the counterintelligence security threat at U.S. nuclear labs in the wake of suspicions that China stole nuclear weapons designs.

Mar 19 1999 - Clinton lies in a White House Press conference: "To the best of my knowledge, no one has said anything to me about any espionage which occurred by the Chinese against the labs, during my presidency,"

Mar 24 1999 - Days after he is accused of TreasonGate, Clinton Launches massive bomb attack on Kosovo. Clinton claims U.S. has "moral imperative" to bomb Kosovo!

Mar 24 1999 - Senate Intelligence Committee launched a formal investigation into allegations that China stole secrets from US nuclear weapons research labs and how the case was handled by the US government.

Mar 31 1999 - President Clinton was first told of the new evidence by Energy Secretary Bill Richardson of Wen Ho Lee's computer transfers.
