i don't know how they will pay for TTI - but here is what is on the faq !! we should know something soon !!! When will the TTI acquisition be completed? All outstanding terms of the acquisition have been finalized between WaveRider and TTI and we are in the final stages of completing the takeover. We expect to complete the transaction within the next few days. On completion, we will provide further details regarding financial terms.
