granola...re: intc upgrade it's only a matter of time that the techs come back into favor...intc pe awfully low, better than some basic industry cyclicals....should be a core holding in anyones portfolio... when the "fear" of inflation subsides........tech will surge...unless they find another "boogeyman"......
