Jim,
I jumped on MAA yesterday. If they stabilize FFO with the large amount of new development finishing up, Then it should trade between 21-1/2 to 24 or 25 for the next 3 months. I think the are experiencing tough times in a few of the markets. CEI preferred A is a great deal in my opinion at 16-1/2 or so. I sell when it gets near 18.
LFT got moving yesterday and can probably get near 20 before hitting resistance.
NHR is interesting, since NHC is one of the few medical operators still making money, which leads one to believe that their dividend is fairly safe, which is great for a stock with a 12% dividend.
