If the shorters are bankrupt, I suppose we would get what assets of theirs that the courts allow, but I don't expect that will be the case. I would guess they would find a way to settle before declaring bankruptcy. What needs to happen first though is for the TA to count up the shares. Let's get the "if" question settled first. Once MDHM know if we have a huge short position and just how large it is, then it will be time to figure out the settlement. --Coz
