As a Datek customer, this blew me away. Two rings, and they answer. Datek takes a half-hour, if you are lucky.

Jon, in my experience this is a "sometimes". I have sat on the phone for as much as 10+ minutes at times - other times, 1-2 rings.

This is the sad part - they have a good program and with about an hour of programers time they could have a great program but from the "that's the way we do it" attitude I have found it does not appear to be in the cards. Strange that a company that is in such a highly competitive industry is just sitting on their hands. In this day of computers, not updating the whole program in realtime is just not acceptable to someone that wants to trade. For a sometimes trader, no problem and I would recommend them.

>I love the speed with which you can cancel or change an order.

I have had no problem in cnxing an order as well.
