(1) Even MU is not dumb enough to think RMBS will be more than about 5% or so of the DRAM market a year from now (2) Find a correct fact in Mona's comments and win a share of MU! (poor sap who bought at $72 on her previous recommendation-- maybe it was Bateman/Grim or maybe Curly <g>) MU's cost is way over $6: by MU's accounting their "marginal" cost is probably below $6 but their "net" cost is closer to $8. The current ASP is $5. Their breakeven for semis is about $650+ mil. That is about 130 mil pieces for this (4th) quarter. They did about 70-75 mil in the 2nd.
