re: KEG - on TC2000, the "balance of power" of KEG still indicates heavy accumulation this past 3 wks. even as prices goes to $3 (the support)...the institutional investors bought 50 million+ shares of KEG at $3 in their last offering a few weeks ago so I don't think these investors will dump their shares anytime.. sold QNTM at 18 1/4 SEBL at 47 7/8 just a thought eL..
