Starck awarded DLA tantalum

WASHINGTON, May 21 -- The U.S. Defense Logistics Agency has awarded nearly 25,000 pounds (contained tantalum) of capacitor-grade tantalum metal with an approximate value of $2 million to H.C. Starck Inc., Newton, Mass.
