Hi Tom, Those shares for the time being are shares of a privately held company. You will not be able to place them in a retirement account. The problem is that retirement shareholders will be forced to take possession which is a taxable event. I suggest shareholders who will be affected by this should wait a few weeks to see how things play out. Ken
