From Aranlee. Again, thank you for all your comments, posting of news releases, responces to questions from others etc. I apologize for not being more attentive to your questions, but there is a compnay to help run. If anyone ever needs a question answered quickly and you can't reach me in the office, simply e-mail me at (jim-k@primenet.com).

I just returned from the PDAC in Toronto last week. If you invest in junior gold stocks, in my opinion, this is the best place to talk face to face with the company personnel, ask the tough questions, and listen closely to the answers. The show, however, is not a place to listen to news letter writers, as the speaking forum is waited heavily on the technical, but all the news letter writers attend.

Here's some general comments I heard re: the places Aranlee is currently working. Re: Kazakstan, I was amazed at the interest in this country by almost everyone in the mining industry. These folks almost 100% agree on the huge mineral potential of the country. The market however, is still hesitant about the counrty, and appears to be waiting for a major mine to go into production. Actually, that will allow Aranlee to continue to be able to acquire additional ground with minimal competition (although this is increasing quickly). Aranlee should have an update on Kazakstan activities and mineral potential in the properties already acquired next week.

For Voisey's Bay, the market appears ready to give this area one last chance for a success story this summer. Obviously Aranlee believes that there is good potential for a discovery in the Staghorn Lake area with plans being made now for the transport of a drill rig into the area (likely next month while a fixed wing plane can land on the frozen lakes) and drilling to commence in early June. The area we will drill looks very promising but finding a massive sulfide deposit at depth is difficult. The reward for a discovery is similar to the chance of a discovery, but our JV partner (NDT Ventures) has done a very good job of defining this target area using all the available geological data and expertise available.

In Argentina, especially in the northwest portion where Aranlee currently has nine properties, the excitement is growing, especially with the continued development of the Diablillos and Taca Taca properties. It will be interesting to see the eventual ownership of the Cerro Semanta property, as we have heard many good stories concerning the geology (no drill holes yet however!!). For Aranlee, with some expensive property payments attached to Chinchillas and El Oculto and only marginal drill results, we made the business decision to let these go. Centenario appears to be quite interesting, and we have really only tested a very small portion of the entire altered and mineralized trend. El Acay and Pancho Arais also appear to offer reasonable drill targets.

Well enough for now. Again, thanks for all your support of Aranlee.
