Neuroguy - I don't know who'd be selling either....
I bought RDIM in '98 for .45 and sold some in February '99 for .80 - so the shares I hold long now are on a freeride.
So whoever's selling either needs that money out of the stock for another reason... or bought it for cheaper and taking profits now... or the stock didn't rocket up by now as fast as they'd hoped for it, maybe....or selling shares because of the acquisition.
Around acquisitions, there are always more sells and more big block sells, too...which sometimes creates a fall in the share price but IMHO, RDIM has held up nicely nicely in it's range, in the lousy market lately especially.
RDIM still needs to report and prove itself, and it still looks good to me - especially at 2 shares for a dollar considering the properties and possibilities.
When the ticker symbol's changed to show Household Direct.com, there should be some action and attention paid to it.
Best luck to all,
Joana
